The Company recruiting for the Area Sales Representative:
Having a well-established and respected customer base, this organisation boasts a great portfolio of products. Trusted by a wide variety of manufacturing clients due to their engineering quality, reliability, and their service support, they supply companies across all industry sectors and are now in a position to be looking to strengthen their field sales team.
The Role of the Area Sales Representative:
Managing the West Midlands sales territory, you will be responsible for all sales across this geographical location. Working closely with production, operations and manufacturing departments within your customer base. It is a busy role where you will be managing a variety of accounts whilst also hunting for new business and challenging the market to switch to your products, solutions and service contracts.
The Candidate for the Area Sales Representative:
You will have ideally have previous sales experience but this isn’t essential how the ability to sell and potential is a pre requisite. Being a great communicator and having a tenacious personality is more important than previous sales experience or what you have previously sold. Having sound technical and engineering understanding your commercial sales appreciation and ability. Your ability to manage accounts whilst also hunting for new business is a pre-requisite.
- You MUST have the ability to communicate at all levels, build relationships and have a tenacious personality within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
- Commercial sales capability coupled with the ability to pick up basic technical information.
- Looking for an opportunity to earn good regular bonus payments.
The Package for the Area Sales Representative:
·£28,000 – £32,000 basic salary, plus on target earnings £12,000
