The Company recruiting for the Business Development Executive:
The company are one of the largest providers of call analysis SaaS in the world. They have a massive amount of financial backing. They have won numerous industry awards and are recognised as a leader in their space with a great reputation. There is massive growth potential in the market that they are looking to exploit and boast some of the world’s largest, most well-known brands among their client list.
The Role of the Business Development Executive:
Reporting to the head of sales, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in an appointment setting role and truly impacting the growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships over the phone, via email and LinkedIn using a consultative approach
- Handle incoming enquiries as well as self-generating your own business leads
- Present solutions, book meetings with prospective clients across multiple sectors
- Brief the more experienced salespeople on the scope, needs and challenges ahead of pre booked prospective meetings
- Be a brand ambassador for the company in all dealings with prospective clients

The Candidate for the Business Development Executive:
The successful candidate needs to be a driven, motivated, hungry, hardworking, self-starter. You will be someone that has a keen interest in tech, digital marketing and business that really wants to work in a forward-thinking organisation. Personality is everything for this, you need to be friendly, lively, committed and a real team player. We are looking for someone that wants a career in sales, someone that can be coached and developed. You will ideally have 12-24 months in sales (technology, Recruitment or B2B sales) and to be successful in this role you will:
- Ideally have a degree or be from a business background with a real interest in sales, tech, IT, digital marketing, and social media
- Possess an excellent level of written and spoken English
- Be a real team player and have the ability to work independently
- Have great communication skills and able to think on your feet
- Have a real passion for detail and be naturally curious
- Possess self-drive/motivation, career ambition and a real can-do attitude
The Package for the Business Development Executive:
·£30,000 – 35,000 basic salary
·OTE £15,000 first year
