The Company recruiting for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

They are currently looking to increase their maintenance team with an additional electrically biased maintenance engineer on a short-term contract to start with and the view to extend or go permanent.
The Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
Based at the main manufacturing facility in Leamington Spa, you will be working day shifts, 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00-12:00 on Friday, with weekend overtime available. Your day-to-day role will require you to carry out electrical maintenance to a range of heavy engineering equipment and plant machinery. You will be involved with PLC fault-finding and interrogation, along with first and second fixes, cable pulling and other electrical duties. You will also be expected to help amend mechanical faults, minimising downtime.
The Candidate for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
The successful candidate needs to be self-motivated, able to work on your own but as well in a team environment. Having previous experience in electrical or electro-mechanical engineering your skills and ability will be tested on a daily basis. Working in the industrial workplace your exposure to heavy equipment and production machinery will help.
You MUST hold a formal electrical engineering qualification; 17th or 18th edition for example
3-phase experience along with LV/MV knowledge
Strong H&S knowledge
Engineering experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
You will have strong knowledge of industrial engineering equipment
Able to commute to Leamington Spa
Able to work unsupervised and using your own initiative
The Package for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
·Up to £30,000 basic salary
·Day shifts – 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00-12:00 on Friday
·Weekend overtime available
