This well-respected manufacturer of laboratory instrumentation works with a wide portfolio of international clients. Their equipment is trusted by well-known leading organisations within the food & drink sector as well more specialist industries including ecology, drug misuse & doping. Having a truly international footprint they have a strong sales and service network which they are looking to strengthen.
The Role of the Graduate Laboratory Equipment Engineer:
Working as part of the global installation team, you will be responsible for all of the building, installation and testing of all new scientific, having had superior training and ongoing support you will be responsible for the smooth implementation of new equipment into their global customer base. Being based from the UK Head office you will have the opportunity to travel the world you will be expected to travel between 3 days – 3 weeks per project dependent upon the location, size and complexity of project. You will have great customer exposure and full client facing responsibilities through the installation project.
The Candidate for the Graduate Laboratory Equipment Engineer:
The successful candidate needs to have a strong scientific background and interest. This experience could have been through the traditional academic route but also through a hands on more practical application across any scientific or laboratory-based sector. Strong inter personable & communication skills are essential, as is your organisational & practical skills.

- Ideally you will have experience within the scientific or laboratory sector through a practical or academic exposure.
- Great communication, practical & organisational skills.
