The Role of Head of Marketing and Communications:
To support the Senior Management Team in the development and deployment of innovative External and Internal Communications programmes to promote the companies Brand Reputation, Business Vision and Capabilities, Client and Team Engagement. As the head of marketing for this forward-thinking market leader, you will have the responsibility and autonomy to shape the companies UK marketing activities working alongside the Senior management team. You will be hands on as well as project managing and will be given the flexibility to bring new ideas and a fresh approach to brand building for the company in the UK. The company are looking for someone that has the hands-on ability but also the drive and desire to lead a team and really drive the business forward, you will oversee all of the company’s marketing activities. Including:
- Manage how the brand is communicated and standards maintained across all channels
- Develop & deploy internal communications strategy
- Develop & deploy a strategy for promoting the brand into market with focus of values and capabilities
- Develop & deliver a range of marketing, comms and brand promo activities through:
- Events
- Social & Digital
- Case studies / collateral
- Support the company’s recruitment initiatives
- Budget management for UK Marcoms
- Manage external agencies
- Work closely with the UK sales team
The Candidate for the Head of Marketing and Communications:
You will have strong experience in marketing & communications. You could be a current marketing manager looking for the next step, or at the same time you could be a current head of marketing looking to work for a new challenge in a fantastic company. Whatever you have done you need to be someone with drive, can work autonomously, can take ownership over strategy and deployment and is happy standing on their own two feet to drive the communications forward.
