The Role of the Insurance Claims Team Leader:
Joining the business as an Insurance Claims Team Leader, you will have responsibility for a team of Desk Contracts Managers and administrators, including appraisals, one-to-one as well as team meetings. You’ll be delegating operational tasks, resolving internal and external complaints, as well as helping to coach, develop, and nurture your team. You will also have your own cases that you’ll have end-to-end ownership of. Other responsibilities include;
- Help drive changes and continuous improvement
- Undertake audits
- Involvement with the recruitment process
The Candidate for the Insurance Claims Team Leader:
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken English. You’ll have proven experience within the building insurance claims handling or desk contracts management position. The main skills and abilities they are looking from an individual:
- 4+ years of building insurance claims experience
- General knowledge of the building industry
- Confident leader of people
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
The Package for the Insurance Claims Team Leader:
- £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
- Company Bonus
- 40 hours a week
