The Role of the International Sales Manager:
Based from home and the UK HQ in the west midlands, you will be working the global market remotely (until time allows for safe global travel). Managing an established account base, you will support and develop international based sales agents and distributors to drive their regional sales/growth plans. Your product/market knowledge aided by detailed presentations; demonstrations & training will upskill your worldwide partners.
The Candidate for the International Sales Manager:
You will have previous experience of selling/managing a global account portfolio of sales agents & distributors. The successful candidate will have a strong technical understanding, great presentation and interpersonal skills. Your ability to manage a wide variety of customers whilst providing ongoing technical support is essential. Having previous export sales experience is more important than specific industry knowledge as full product training will be given.
- International/Export Sales experience is essential, industry or specific product experience isn’t a prerequisite
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Technically competent, organised & self-managing
- Flexibility & open to global travel (circa 12 weeks per year) when the situation allows
The Package for the International Sales Manager:
