The Role of the Finance Project Finance Manager:
Joining the business as a Project Finance Manager this is a great opportunity to utilise your previous skills and experiences within the finance & contracts management function. Having previous exposure, this role enables you to manage the daily running of the contracts management and reconciliation of all contracts. Working within a leading building contracting business with a variety of UK sites, they support many customers across the UK so there is plenty of scope for the role to be varied, challenging whilst being rewarding. This is a pro-rata position that is initially for 6 months but may extend further.
The Candidate for the Project Finance Manager:
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken English. You’ll have ideally come from a finance or desk contracts management position. The main skills and abilities they are looking from an individual:
- Some finance related experience ideally within the construction or related industries (although this isn’t essential)
- Pro-active, hardworking attitude
- Effective and empathetic communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Self-drive/motivation and career ambition
- Attention to detail, methodical mindset that can take the initiative
The Package for the Project Finance Manager:
- £25,000 – £35,000 Basic Salary (pro-rata), depending on experience
- Company Bonus
- 40 hours a week
- Pension, plus great flexible benefits package
- 20 days holiday plus stats (pro-rata)
