£65,000 – £75,000 basic with double uncapped OTE, stock options

The Role of the Sales Manager:
Reporting to the head of sales, you will be responsible for a sales team of 6 that drives new business revenue into the SMB market. The team is made up of experienced and junior SaaS sales professionals who are all high achievers and proven in the space. You will be an inspirational leader and coach and will have recruitment responsibility for the team.
The Candidate for the Sales Manager:
The successful candidate needs to be a proven sales manager, with an excellent track record and a stable background. You will need to have managed a new business sales team previously, ideally within in SaaS or Tech. You will have a consultative sales background and ideally received training in sales methodologies.
The Package for the Sales Manager:
·£65,000-£75,000 basic salary
