The Company recruiting for the Sales Director:

The company has grown considerably over the last couple of years and is now looking to strengthen its Account Executive team further. They are looking to grow the company by 10x’s over the coming 3 years. This role will allow you to be part of that journey and will provide stock/equity options.

The Role of the Sales Director:

You will lead, guide, coach and develop a relatively small team initially that is looking to scale rapidly. You will have the responsibility for the recruitment of the team and this will increase to around 10 x SDR’s and 10 x Account Executive’s over the coming months.

The Candidate for the Sales Director:

You will need to have a background selling SaaS/platform-based solutions in a man-management capacity. It is essential you have previous experience scaling a sales team from start-up into the next phase of growth. It is important you have recruitment experience and have a track record of achievement and success. You will have managed teams of 15-20 sales people.

The Package for the Sales Director:

·£150,000-£250,000 basic salary

·Negotiable OTE with the potential of stock/equity options
