The Company recruiting for the Technical Service Co-Ordinator:

The Role of the Technical Service Co-Ordinator:
As a technical service co-ordinator, you will be responding to all customer technical & engineering queries, supporting their full range of packaging machinery / equipment. Through your engineering knowledge & experience you will be providing technical support to a variety of UK food manufacturing companies. Liaising with engineering / production managers you will be act as 1st line support for all technical questions / problems. You will be working directly with clients as well as the national field service team to ensure a smooth-running technical service offering.
The Candidate for the Technical Service Co-Ordinator:
The successful candidate needs to have a strong mechanical engineering and technical background. This could have been picked up through previous hands on experience or through a more formal engineering qualification or degree. You will have had previ-ous engineering / technical experience within any industry sector. Strong communication skills are obviously imperative, as are your organisational, basic IT skills whilst being a friendly, committed and a real team player.
· You MUST have an engineering background.
· Ideally you will have experience within the mechanical engineering field through a practical or academic exposure.
· Great communication & organisational skills.
The Package for the Technical Service Co-Ordinator:
·£25,000 – £30,000 basic salary
·40 Hours per week
·Competitive benefits package – including pension & 25 days holiday
