£45,00-£50,000 Basic Salary OTE £10,000, stock options

The Role of the Account Manager:
Joining as an Account Manager in a home-based role and reporting to the CRO, you will be responsible for managing the long term relationships with clients, who are high growth tech companies that are looking to embed payments and banking tech into their Mobile Apps, SaaS platforms or back office operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing clients’ relationships to ensure long term partnerships
- Demonstrating and delivering client/portfolio growth
- Be the voice of the client internally to ensure client satisfaction.

The Candidate for the Account Manager:
The successful candidate will need to be experienced Account Manager or Customer Success Manger and have previous experience selling either banking or payment SaaS / apps or consulting/professional services into high growth tech companies across the UK and Europe.
If you have received any previous training in sales process or sales methodology (SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman etc) this would be advantageous.
You will need to be credible to sell at a senior level, have a stable, proven track record, be able to think for yourself, get things done (so have a great attitude) and be accountable.
The Package for the Account Manager:
·£45,000-£50,000 basic salary
·Pension, Mobile, Laptop
·25 days holiday plus stats
