The Company recruiting for the Business Development Executive:

The Role of the Business Development Executive:
Reporting to the sales director, you will be responsible for driving new and existing business through a large bank of accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships over the phone, via email and LinkedIn using a consultative approach
- Handle incoming enquiries as well as self-generating your own business leads
- Present solutions, book meetings with prospective clients
- Be a brand ambassador for the company in all dealings with prospective clients

The Candidate for the Business Development Executive:
The successful candidate needs to be a driven, motivated, hungry, hardworking and a self-starter. You will be someone that has a keen interest in tech that really wants to work in a forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for someone that wants a career in sales, someone that can be coached and developed. You will ideally have 12-24 months in sales (Technology, Recruitment or B2B sales).
The Package for the Business Development Executive:
·£25,000 to £30,000 basic salary
·OTE £10,000 first year
·8% Pension, Mobile, Laptop
·25 days holiday plus stats
