The Company recruiting for the Business Development Manager:

Trusted by OEM clients globally due their engineering quality, reliability and manufacturing capability they have a foot print across the globe within 40+ countries. Working with a great portfolio of OEMs across all industry sectors they are in a fortunate position to be looking to grow and strengthen their commercial sales team.
The Role of the Business Development Manager:
Managing a regional OEM account base you will be responsible for all sales projects within the scottish region with a particular focus on aberdenn. Working closely with the internal sales support team, you will be expected to manage complex business development projects, react to RFI’s & RFQ’s, present and negotiate complex commercial sales agreements across a number of OEM customers and industry sectors. It’s a busy role where you will be managing a variety of projects/accounts simultaneously at varying stages so your commercial sales acumen will be challenged at all times.
The Candidate for the Business Development Manager:
You will have previous commercial sales experience within the OEM & general engineering manufacturing market sectors. Having sound technical and engineering understanding your commercial sales appreciation and ability is more important than what you have sold. Your ability to manage a wide portfolio of OEM clients with specific individual needs is essential. Having excellent organisational and presentation skills together with the ability to project manage a high volume work load is desirable.
- You MUST have previous sales experience within the OEM or general engineering manufacturing sector.
- Exceptional commercial sales ability coupled with a practical mindset & basic engineering understanding.
- Looking for career development, progression and willing to undertake training.
The Package for the Business Development Manager:
