Home-Based position – access to the South-East office 3+ days per week
£30,000-£35,000 Basic Salary, OTE Double salary

·Microsoft announced growth of 13% in early 2021 and this role will be selling the full range of Microsoft cloud solutions in this area including Office 365, Azure, Dynamics and cyber security.
The Company recruiting for the Business Development Manager:
The company are a successful, privately-owned business that are well established. They have a turnover in the tens of millions of pounds and are highly profitable. The part of the business that specialise in Microsoft services achieved growth of 65% last year and have won numerous awards as recognised by Microsoft themselves. They have excellent technical expertise and have the support of the Microsoft Pre-Sales team. The company highly incentivise their sales team and the earning potential is far in excess of 6 figures once you progress to a senior role.
The Role of the Business Development Manager:
Joining as a business development manager you will be based from home living and able to get into the south east office 1 day per week. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the relationships in a new business and account management capacity. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive new and existing business opportunities to mid-market clients in the private sector. The largest verticals include financial services, legal and professional services.
- You will be selling the full range of Microsoft cloud solutions including Office 365, Azure, Dynamics and cyber security
- You will retain any accounts you bring on board and as you become proven receive leads from Microsoft, marketing, internal sales and from the other divisions within the business.
- The company have a large client base and you are also able to cross sell the Microsoft cloud offering into the existing client base.

The Candidate for the Business Development Manager:
The successful candidate needs to be a driven, motivated, hardworking, and a self-starter. You will need to have a background in technology sales but the company are happy to look at SDR’s/internal sales candidates that want to move to a role managing the full sales cycle and you can eventually progress to a senior BDM once proven.
The Package for the Business Development Manager:
·£30,000-£35,000 basic salary
