The Role of the Customer Success Executive:
You will be home-based and report directly into the VP of Sales. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the customer base with enquiries, implementation & managing the commercial agreements regarding upselling & retention whilst being the strategic & commercial point-of-contact between the company and the customer.
- Targeted on the number of onboarded customers from marketing and incoming leads
- Dealing with the day to day running of customer accounts
- Demos for new products and services
- Strategic conversations at senior level with organisations
- Negotiating contracts

The Candidate for the Customer Success Executive:
The successful candidate needs to be driven, motivated, hardworking, and focussed. You will be someone that has a keen interest in tech and business that really wants to work in a forward-thinking organisation. Personality is everything for this, you need to be friendly, lively, collaborative and a real team player
- The preference would be for candidates to have a previous background in technology, customer success or account management, however, B2B and recruitment backgrounds will also be considered
- Excellent level of written and spoken English

The Package for the Customer Success Executive:

·25 days holiday plus stats
