The Role of the Customer Success Manager / Key Account Manager:
Joining as an experienced sales professional you will have a nice mix of home and office-based working, reporting directly into the VP of Sales. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the customer base with enquiries, implementation & managing the commercial agreements regarding upselling & retention whilst being the strategic & commercial point-of-contact between the company and the customer.
- Targeted on account growth and retention
- Dealing with the day to day running of customer accounts
- Demos for new products and services
- Strategic conversations at senior level with organisations
- Negotiating contracts
- Upselling and cross selling

The Candidate for the Customer Success Manager / Key Account Manager:
The successful candidate needs to be driven, motivated, hardworking, and focussed. You will be someone that has a keen interest in tech and business that really wants to work in a forward-thinking organisation. Personality is everything for this, you need to be friendly, lively, collaborative and a real team player
- You will have a background in account management or customer success working within the SaaS space.
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills

The Package for the Customer Success Manager / Key Account Manager:
·£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
·£10,000-15,000 OTE
·Pension, Mobile
·25 days holiday plus stats
