The Company recruiting for the Business Development Executive:

The Role of the Business Development Executive:
Joining as a Business Development Executive you will have a flexible working mix of home and office-based. Reporting to the head of sales, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and truly impacting the growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships over the phone, via email and LinkedIn using a consultative approach
- Handle incoming enquiries, marketing leads as well as self-generating your own new business leads
- Present solutions, book meetings with prospective clients across multiple sectors
- Be a brand ambassador for the company in all dealings with prospective clients

The Candidate for the Business Development Executive:
The successful candidate needs to be a driven, motivated, hardworking, self-starter. You will be someone that has a keen interest in tech, digital marketing and business that really wants to work in a forward-thinking organisation. Personality is everything for this, you need to be friendly, lively, committed and a real team player. We are looking for someone that wants to build on their sales skills, you will need to have a proven track record in sales, but to be successful in this role you will:
- Possess an excellent level of written and spoken English
- Be a real team player and have the ability to work independently
- Have great communication skills and able to think on your feet
- Have a real passion for detail and be naturally curious
- Possess self-drive/motivation, career ambition and a real can-do attitude
The Package for Business Development Executive:
·£27,000 – £35,000 basic salary
·OTE £10,000 first year

·25 days holiday plus stats
