The Role of the Key Account Manager:
Joining as an experienced sales professional you will have a nice mix of home and office-based working reporting to the head of account management. You will be responsible for supporting a customer base with enquiries, upgrades, implementation, technical support and will be the ongoing key point-of-contact between the company and the customer.
- Targeted on account growth and retention
- Dealing with the day to day running of customer accounts
- Strategic conversations at senior level with organisations
- Negotiating contracts
- Upselling and cross selling

The Candidate for the Key Account Manager:
The successful candidate needs to be driven, motivated, hardworking, and focussed. You will be someone that has a keen interest in connectivity and business that really wants to work in a forward-thinking organisation. Personality is everything for this, you need to be friendly, lively, committed and a real team player
- You will ideally have a background in account management or customer success working within the unified communications, data, cloud or connectivity market however other sales and account management backgrounds in tech will be considered.

The Package for the Key Account Manager:
·£40,000 – £45,000 basic salary
·OTE Double (Uncapped)
·Pension, Mobile, £5k Car Allowance
·25 days holiday plus stats
