£30,000-£35,000 Basic Salary plus OTE £15,000 (Uncapped)

The Role of the Sales Development Representative (SDR):
Joining as an SDR you will be in the Central London office 2 days per week. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to book software demonstrations/meetings for senior members of the team and truly impacting the growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships over the phone, via email and LinkedIn using a consultative approach
- Handle incoming enquiries, marketing leads as well as self-generating your own new business leads
- Present solutions, book demos and meetings with prospective clients across multiple sectors
- Brief the sales team on the scope, needs and challenges ahead of pre-booked prospective meetings
- Be a brand ambassador for the company in all dealings with prospective clients

The Candidate for the Sales Development Representative (SDR):
The successful candidate needs to be a driven, motivated, hardworking, self-starter. You will be someone that has a keen interest in tech, Personality is everything for this, you need to be friendly, lively, committed and a real team player. You will need some previous experience in sales, technology sales or recruitment.
The Package for Sales Development Representative:
·£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
·OTE £15,000 first year
