I’ve previously worked for a large recruitment company for over 17 years, in this time I gained valuable experience and an excellent understanding of the recruitment industry. I’m knowledgeable in sales, marketing and engineering recruitment and supported the business with regards to the training courses we supplied. I’m fortunate to have met many great people and lifelong friends along the way. After being made redundant due to COVID cut backs, I found myself in Education, a sector I was unfamiliar with but enjoyed the new challenge. Fast forward to now, I am back in familiar territory – the world of recruitment! I’m delighted to be working at TalentTech, with some old faces and for a company with a great ethos and positive work values is refreshing and exciting.

Best thing about being part of the Talent Tech team?

Having 6 other people that have my back, that want me to succeed and inspire me to always do my best.

How would your colleagues describe you?

Organised, motivated, step obsessed and Kit Kat lover!

Favourite thing to do outside of work?

I spend weekends on the side-line of a under 12s football pitch, made better when it’s not raining!
Running, circuit training, looking at holidays!
