Appetegy are a US based EdTech company, they approached TalentTech to build their UK footprint and needed help with recruiting on to their Graduate Sales team.

TalentTech designed and delivered a bespoke Graduate Assessment Day for Appetegy. Giving them a in-depth understanding of each candidates strengths, weaknesses and potential fit for the business. Our assessment day was led by experienced assessors who are trained to identify the key traits required for success in sales role. Through a range of exercises and activities to assess each candidates skills, personality and overall suitability for the role, Appteegy were able to identify 5 new hires.

I’ve had some good interviews and wanted to go ahead and get a few people scheduled for the next step in the process….
