TalentTech Internal Process
We pride ourselves on our passion for recruitment but this is balanced with a healthy work/life balance and our employees have the flexibility to work from home when necessary. Modern technology and cloud based software enables this to function without affecting the efficiency of our process.
Client Management
To try and ease the current challenge, we are facilitating video screening, conferencing, interviews and assessments and we are working closely with clients to ensure their recruitment processes can still function. This has been tested and operational over the last 2 weeks, to no detriment of efficiency and quality of service. In those cases where a face-to-face interviews is still likely to remain an essential stage of the process, we take steps to ensure that both parties are in good health and not displaying any symptoms before this takes place.
We have an established mobile structure, teleconference facilities and robust technology in place to ensure projects and planned hires can still be filled even through the most challenging of times.
