What an amazing rollercoaster of a ride we’ve had since launching TalentTech Recruitment. If we had to describe it in three words, we’d probably say exciting, challenging and eye opening. After spending more years than we’d like to admit to working in recruitment, but always for someone else, we finally took the plunge to set up by ourselves and to embark on this journey has been the epitome of excitement. It has been liberating to launch and do things our way; to use what we have learned over the years to do things a little differently; to put our clients and candidates at the very heart of what we do; to never lose sight of their needs and goals.
Anyone who has set up a business won’t be surprised at the challenges and detail involved and we’ve gone through serious amounts of coffee! At the same time, we have been committed to hitting the ground running from day one and have been delighted to match some great candidates with some equally fantastic companies in the Technical and Technology space. We even placed a candidate through our referral system.
