It’s our birthday today and TalentTech turns 3!

We never expected it to be easy, but we certainly weren’t expecting the challenges that life has thrown us all over the last 2 years. However, we wouldn’t change the decision we made to start TalentTech as it’s been the most amazing, exciting and interesting 3 years we could have ever experienced.

TalentTech was born in April 2019 when Nick & John founded the company, starting the trend of home working one year earlier than most and after a better than expected start, we were lucky enough to be able to double our size with our 1^st recruits in Dave O’Neill & Josh Salvin who added timely & needed support in year one as we moved into our new commercial office at the University of Warwick Science Park, Binley. The pandemic halted the growth trajectory, however during the remote working & lockdowns we used our time wisely, improving our recruitment systems & structures and built our training, e-learning and consultancy support business MPLOYABILITY™.

After navigating the challenging year of 2020, TalentTech were delighted to welcome the experienced technology recruiter Richard Shortland. As our growth continued, we were excited with the hire of Ryan Parfrey who joined in August 2021.

As we continued to grow, it was evident that we needed additional resource and in November 2021 we were delighted that Lyndsey Hulm joined as Sales & Operations Co-ordinator. 2022 has already been a memorable year so far, it’s seen us move into our new larger TT office, the recruitment has continued with Callum Bird bringing his technical recruitment knowledge to strengthen the team taking us to a team of 8.

In addition to our 95 years of technical & technology recruitment experience, we have 2 further hires arranged this year. We’re partnering with Coventry University and offering students post graduate work placement opportunities, so we are looking forward to welcoming Arvind Kulkarni & Isaac Bateman to Team TT.

We fully appreciate the help, support & encouragement we have received from so many people over the last 3 years, so a big thank you from us all at TTHQ!!

As we aim to continue working hard & delivering services to both our clients & candidates whilst enjoying the TT journey, we hope the next 3 years can be as fun and successful as the first!
