Your Role as Field Service & Calibration Engineer:
- You’ll be field based from home, covering a territory of South West England and South Wales.
- Carrying out the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of Hardness Testing Equipment.
- Examples include Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, Knoop, and Leeb.
- Complete diary independence, so you can organise and manage your territory as you see fit.
- Working within a variety of appealing sectors including the aerospace, automotive, and medical industries, amongst others.
- Play a vital role in ensuring the equipment is correctly calibrated and always maintained to UKAS, ISO, and ASTM standards.
- Typically working Mon-Fri with an early finish on Friday.
Ideal Background for Field Service & Calibration Engineer Position:
- You’ll be knowledgeable with the calibration and service of equipment, preferably on Hardness Testing machinery, or have engineering experience from the shop floor.
- You will have strong organisation, timekeeping, and administration skills.
- Strong IT skills and have good attention to detail.
- Hold a full valid UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK indefinitely.
