The Company recruiting for the Field Service Engineer:

This Internationally renowned Italian coffee machine manufacturer are looking to grow and strengthen their field service engineering team. Being a trusted global leader, they specialise in a wide variety of coffee machines for several prestigious customers throughout a variety of market sectors. They can offer genuine employee career development and extensive on-going training.

The Role of Field Service Engineer:

As a field service engineer, you will be covering a territory in your surrounding area. You will be servicing, repairing, and maintaining a range of coffee machines and related equipment. Each day, you will be visiting prestigious clients found within the hospitality, retail, café, and hotel sectors. You will be required to fix electrical and mechanical faults, as well as general servicing. You will receive in-house manufacturers training on traditional and espresso coffee machines. Primarily working on a Mon-Fri work pattern and a 1-in-4 weekend rota with ongoing rest days.

The Candidate for the Field Service Engineer:

We are looking for someone that has an electrical or mechanical background with good customer relations and a confident driver. If you fit with the criteria below, please go ahead and apply.

You’ll be electrically / mechanically minded
Preferably hold a formal technical qualification such as an NVQ, HNC, City and Guilds, or 18^th edition, but not essential
You will have previous service and maintenance engineering experience
Experience of coffee machine service and repair is beneficial, but not essential, as full product training is given
You will hold a full driving licence
You must live within the M25

The Package for the Field Service Engineer:

·£28,000 basic salary + overtime after training
