This is an amazing role to lead a team for an organisation that provides disruptive SaaS for the manufacturing space in a sector that is growing at 40% year-on-year.
The company are currently going through funding which will be in place by early 2022.
The Company recruiting for the Head of Sales:
The company have quadrupled in size over the last 2 years and will be looking to triple again in 2022. They are well known in the market and have an excellent reputation. They are currently going through funding and this will be in place by early 2022. Despite this they are cash rich and valued at around £100m. The market is growing organically at 40%. They provide a disruptive SaaS solution to the manufacturing sector.
The Role of the Head of Sales:
This is a player coach role. You will carry an individual target of around $400k and a team target of $1.2m, will be expected to do about 5 enterprise deals and 2 smaller deals as well as leading the team. Role will involve managing 3 people on the team. Will look at a player coach who is ready to make the step up.
The Candidate for the Head of Sales:
They will need to have sold complex software solutions, ideally with a technical bias, however the MIT is having a capacity to learn, wanting to develop and having a thirst for knowledge. Need to be able to join up the dots, remember deals they have done. Candidates that have done a team leadership type role and looking to make the step-up will be considered. Having sold to technical decision makers will be advantageous.
