The Role of the Sales Manager:
Reporting to the sales director, you will be responsible for a sales team of 6 that drives new business revenue. The team is made up of experienced senior SaaS sales professionals who are all high achievers and proven in the space. You will be an inspirational leader and coach and will have recruitment responsibility for the team.
The Candidate for the Sales Manager:
The successful candidate needs to be a proven SaaS sales manager, with an excellent track record and a stable background. You will need to have managed a new business SaaS sales team previously. You will have consultative sales background and ideally received training in sales methodologies.
The Package for the Sales Manager:
