The Client recruiting for the Sales Support Coordinator:
- A proud UK based supplier of specialist electrical solutions, established over 40 years ago.
- Suppling a global customer base in a wide range of sectors including data & power transmission for industries such a defence, infrastructure, scientific, and renewable energy.
- Renowned for their high quality products and robust in-house testing.
Your Role of the Sales Support Coordinator:
- You’ll be joining an existing team in the North London office.
- Planning and processing multiple quotations and sales orders.
- Speak with customers via email and calls to answer technical enquiries.
- Liaise with the Account Management and Business Development teams.
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with competitor activities and participate in team meetings to share ideas, insights, and improvement areas.
Ideal Background for the Sales Support Coordinator Position:
- 12+ months prior in an office based, sales support style role.
- Prior experience with electrical, industrial, or construction products is beneficial.
- Commercially astute, with an organised and methodical mindset.
- Able to have technical conversations with customers.
- Strong communication skills.
- Happy to travel to the North London office daily.
- Full right to work in the UK as sponsorship won’t be provided.
The Package for the Sales Support Coordinator:
- £30,000 -£35,000 basic salary
- Up to £10.4k OTE, broken into 4 quarterly payments
