Flat Roofing Products – South UK – Up to Birmingham/Peterborough and down to the coast.
£50,000-£55,000 + Company Car + 15% bonus

The Role of the Key Account Manager:
As an industry specialist, you will understand framework and the sales process for the Public Sector covering the South. You will be based within the territory with some working knowledge of the major players and contacts within it. You will be selling Flat Roofing Products such as waterproofing, felt, rainwater outlets and window lights as a full solution through an understanding of bid-process and tenders in the construction industry. An understanding of the process from cradle to grave is essential for the role.
The Candidate for the Key Account Manager:
The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate experience of selling a technical product into the public sector. An understanding of heavy-side construction, start to finish project delivery, and a professional and organised personality will be a great advantages in this position. They will be a highly motivated, success proven problem solver who can manage large 6 figure contracts.
The Package for the Key Account Manager:
·£50,000-£55,000 + 15% Bonus
