£20,000-£22,000 Basic Salary plus OTE £5,000 first year (Uncapped)

The Role of the Sales Development Representative:
Joining as a new business sales executive you will have a nice mix of home and office-based working. Reporting to the head of sales, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to book software demonstrations and truly impacting the growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships over the phone, via email and LinkedIn using a consultative approach
- Handle incoming enquiries, marketing leads as well as self-generating your own new business leads
- Present solutions, book demos and meetings with prospective clients across multiple sectors
- Brief the Account Management team on the scope, needs and challenges ahead of pre booked prospective meetings
- Be a brand ambassador for the company in all dealings with prospective clients

The Candidate for the Sales Development Representative:
The successful candidate needs to be a driven, motivated, hardworking, self-starter. You will be someone that has a keen interest in tech, digital marketing and business that really wants to work in a forward-thinking organisation. Personality is everything for this, you need to be friendly, lively, committed and a real team player. We are looking for someone that wants to build on their sales skills, someone that can be coached and developed. You will need to have a proven track record in sales, but to be successful in this role you will:
- Ideally have a degree or be from a business background with a real interest in sales, tech, IT, digital marketing, and social media
- Possess an excellent level of written and spoken English
- Be a real team player and have the ability to work independently
- Have great communication skills and able to think on your feet
- Have a real passion for detail and be naturally curious
- Possess self-drive/motivation, career ambition and a real can-do attitude
The Package for Sales Development Representative:
·£20,000 – £22,000 basic salary
·OTE £5,000 first year

·25 days holiday plus stats
