If you haven’t heard the news, where have you been?! We are cock-a-hoop, over the moon and beyond excited at TalentTech Recruitment to be a finalist in the FSB West Midlands Awards for Start-Up Business of the Year!
The recognition means so much, after putting our heart and soul into the business. Our vision was to change the face of recruitment for the better – in essence, to rewrite the book. The company’s ethos is very much to offer a transparent, honest and tailored approach to the recruitment market. These qualities are important to us; they are in our DNA.
This year, to have even been shortlisted is a huge achievement, according to the FSB. The quantity and quality of applications received has been higher than ever, making us even prouder, if that were at all possible, to have reached the Regional Final.
We’re wholeheartedly committed to providing an exceptional service in the Technical and Technology space, focusing on Sales, Engineering, Marketing, IT, and Executive appointments. And, whilst the financials are clearly important – we’ve exceeded our targets in all areas – what matters most is the exceptional feedback we’ve received from our clients and candidates. It reinforces our belief that we’re making a real difference; we’re doing something not just right, but something poles apart from anything that’s gone before. And that really is the icing on the cake for us.
