We were grateful for the opportunity to speak to the Year 9 students at Heart of England School, Balsall Common, and highlight the need to always apply yourself, work hard and smart to develop the life skill behaviours that employers look for in the work place. At a stage in their life where it can feel overwhelming we reassured the students of the many career opportunities and paths currently open to young people, and whatever you decide to do, apply yourself to the best of your ability.
