I am delighted to announce that I have joined TalentTech Recruitment as an Executive Recruiter. It will be fantastic to join a growing team and develop in a fast-paced, driven and friendly environment.

Having graduated from Coventry University in 2017 with a degree in Financial Economics, I gained 18 months’ experience in recruitment, which gave me invaluable exposure to a variety of markets and job functions within the discipline; providing me with a solid foundation.

I was excited to meet with John and Nick to discuss the opportunity they had advertised, and to learn more about what they were doing. Nothing could prepare me for what was to come! I was blown away by what they have created here at TalentTech, and knew immediately that I wanted to be a part of it.

The environment and atmosphere they have created, and their attitude towards recruitment is a breath of fresh air, and I truly felt valued, even after the first meeting! Gaining a further understanding of the business, what they had achieved so far, and their future plans only served to further fuel my ambition and enthusiasm to get on board and fully use my skill set. I cannot wait to see what the future holds.
