What are your strengths? What skills do you have that can help you succeed in your chosen career? Be honest with yourself about what you’re good at and where you need improvement.

What are your interests? What do you enjoy doing? Your job should be something that interests and motivates you – otherwise, it’ll be harder to stick with it long-term.
